Funding towards public schools from K-12, and setup future "safety nets" to prohibit the State from using educational funds to balance the budget.
Reform tax: stop tax giveaways, increase tax to "Big Oil" companies and "Banks." Reform tax applicable to corporate tax giveaways, by ending tax breaks to companies who outsource jobs overseas. Stop the special tax exemptions for "Big Oil" companies. Recall banks were bailed out and the people got sold out. Greatly increase tax to the "Big Oil" companies and banks, rather than to the hard working people.
Budget Stabilization In order to increase budget stabilization we need to find ways to increase more revenues to the State. Decriminalize Marijuana Dispensaries being used for medical Marijuana purposes, applicable to cancer and other patients. Increase revenues to the State by imposing a State tax on Marijuana Dispensaries and medical marijuana patients a (two-fold tax), to increase budget stabilization. Additionally, find solutions to bring businesses back into the State by being business friendly and offer tax incentives to companies that return back to California. Overall increase in revenues will assist in stabilizing the budget.

I also support that property owners be given a rebate on their property taxes where property taxes increased due to private development projects, for private gain-with private developers, without voter approval on property tax increases. For example, throughout the State property owners whose property taxes have been increased to fund private development projects, property owners should obtain property tax rebates due to the lack of transparency to taxpayers (property owners) and the misapplication of taxation without representation. Taxation against properties was setup for the purposes of public projects rather than private development projects, for private gain, to private developers.
